Currency and Account Balance

Inactive Accounts

Sports Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted only when you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets not confirmed by the system are not valid.
Odds Changes: nagog88 reserves the right to change odds at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the moment of confirmed acceptance.
Void Bets: A bet may be voided if it was accepted in error, if the event is cancelled or abandoned, if the market is suspended prior to the relevant event, or if a palpable error in odds is identified. Voided bets are refunded to your account balance.
Match Interruptions: For cricket matches affected by weather, power outages, or other interruptions, settlement will follow the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). Where no official result is declared, bets may be voided or settled according to Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method outcomes as applicable.
Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted at nagog88's discretion. The platform may suspend live betting markets at any time without notice. Bets already confirmed before a suspension are valid and will be settled normally.
Maximum Winnings: nagog88 imposes maximum payout limits per bet and per event. The applicable limits are displayed on the bet placement interface. Winnings exceeding the maximum payout cap will be paid only up to the capped amount.

Casino and Game Rules

Account Suspension and Closure

Amendments and Termination of Service
